Bye Bye Fireworks

We ran to the street, hands filled with every type of firework. We unraveled the Magic Whip, then braided it and spread it across the street. We put the whip on top the fountains and lined it with the assortment of fireworks and topped it off with a massive red ball of whip. As the whip lit, bloomers spun colors, fountains lit the sky with cascading colors, and loud popping, whirling, and crackling sounds filled the street. I could taste the smoke filled air, and BOOM! It all ended.
This New Year’s Eve will be a clear and quiet one.
