Relationship

I sat with Candace away from the carnival crowd, after a few hours of rides and playing games. I told her I liked her. I waited for her to say if she felt the same way about me. If she liked me, then I could proceed on to
the next question. She said she liked me too. I was really nervous to ask her, but I was sure that the answer would be a yes. I asked her if she would go out with me. Then she said yes. I felt a huge relief, and I was overwhelmed with happiness.
